In 2022, I felt God ask me something harder than whether I was doing this for Him. He asked if I was actually doing it with Him.

So I started a simple practice I called Meeting With My C-Suite: just me and God, at the table where the real decisions get made. Not after the plan was set. Before it.

That practice became a book, The Kingdom C-Suite. And through the conversations it sparked, again and again, I kept discovering the same thing.

Leaders already knew the difference between having faith around their business and actually inviting God into it. They just didn't know how to do that practically.

The Shift

From a Christian business to a Kingdom business

Christian Business

God is acknowledged. Scripture is quoted, a verse on the wall, a Christian symbol woven into the brand. The business is prayed over, God is thanked after the outcome. But the decisions themselves are still made independently, then brought to Him for a blessing.

Kingdom Business

God isn't invited in after the plan is made. He holds the majority share, the business itself a tool built for His kingdom purpose. He has a seat before the decision is made: in the vision, the money, the hiring, the timing, the strategy. Faith stops surrounding the business and starts governing it.

The problem was never prayer. It's when faith surrounds the business instead of shaping how it's actually led.

A few things worth knowing

Is this a Bible study?

No. Scripture and faith are foundational, but the focus is applying those principles to real leadership and business decisions.

Do I need to already own a business?

This is built primarily for entrepreneurs, founders, business owners, and leaders carrying marketplace responsibility.

Is this business coaching?

No. It's a teaching, application, and community experience. It doesn't replace individualized legal, financial, tax, or business advice.

How often do we meet live?

Once a month, generally the first Thursday, for about 75 to 90 minutes.

Where is the community hosted?

Inside a private online community space, alongside the resource library and meeting replays.
