I don't write because I have all the answers. I write because every season of my life has started with a question. Questions about obedience. About stewardship. About what happens when leadership, money, and faith all have to live in the same room.
For years I built the way most of us do: fast, capable, and mostly on my own understanding. It worked, until it didn't. The seasons that stretched me the most weren't the ones where I lacked resources. They were the ones where I lacked discernment, where I couldn't yet see what was actually shaping my decisions.
That recognition became the work. Thirteen books later, I'm still writing from the same place: not to hand people a formula, but to help them ask better questions and build with a little more wisdom than I started with.
Today that work takes a few different forms. I write books on biblical stewardship and kingdom leadership. I host The SQ Factor, where I sit down with leaders and entrepreneurs to talk about what strategy alone can't reveal. And I speak to rooms full of people building something that has to outlast them, challenging them to lead with wholeness instead of fragmented living.
