Who’s in Your Boat?
Too many of us are building and working on our businesses alone trying to push it to the finish line. Meanwhile, our Helper is sitting on the shoreline, asking us to let Him in. We have the stickers. The framed scriptures. The worship music playing in the background.
The words are there… but we’ve disconnected them from their power, from the Source. And so what we build feels empty. Void. Then we wonder why we don’t endure when the storms come.
Your boat is empty. The Lord is watching as you take off. He keeps calling you, but you go further and further out without Him.
You don’t need attacks. You don’t need haters. If the enemy can get you to build the boat alone…launch it alone…and sail it alone…then he doesn’t need to do anything else.
Because when the waves come—and they will come—they will overtake what was built without God.
It is not enough to have God’s instruction to begin a thing. We must ensure that He is present at every stage. When the deal is signed. When the keys are in your hand. When the doors finally open. Do not forget to verify if He is with you. The most important words we can hear as we build, lead, and move are these:
“My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”
— Exodus 33:14 (NKJV)
Do not go without His presence!
We must come to a place where we are no longer satisfied with just receiving a word…just having a vision…just getting the strategy. We must contend for His presence.
We must learn the art of hosting His presence AGAIN! This is exactly what I walk you through inside the Kingdom C-Suite.
I pray for you today. May this never be said concerning you:
“So he woke from his sleep and said, I will go out as before at other times and shake myself free. But he did not know that the Lord had departed from him."
— Judges 16:20 (NKJV)
That was Samson.
This is the season we are in. Like Peter, when Jesus stepped into his boat; not just to use it, but to transform the outcome. It was after Jesus entered the boat that everything changed. And that is the invitation before us now.
This is not just about what you are building. It’s about who you are building with.
We can no longer afford to have “Christian” businesses in name only, with no evidence of His presence.
The boat represents your life. Your leadership. Your business. And God is no longer willing to remain on the shore. He is asking to step in. Not as a label. Not as a concept.
But as Lord!
Because only those who allow Him into the boat will see results they have never seen before. A catch this world cannot explain.
I’m talking about souls. I’m talking about true harvest. I’m talking about provision and resources aligned with Kingdom purpose.
This is that time.
So before you go further, before you build more, before you strive harder, Ask yourself: Who is in your boat?
If you’ve realized that you’ve been building more on your own than you thought… you’re not alone. The Kingdom C-Suite was created to help you intentionally invite God into your business, so you’re not just starting with Him, but truly building with Him every step of the way.
